Terms and Conditions:

Terms and guideline for EOI submission:
  1. Expression of interest for stalls have to submit within 5.00 PM, December 16, 2019.
  2. Have to provide payment status including Pay order, Bank name while submit application
  3. All communication will made with the person “Name of the contact person for the fair” which you will be mentioned in the application form
Announcement of Stall Number:
  1. After receiving all EOI, stall numbers will be announced within date.
  2. The interested company who will submit EOI first, will get better location.
  3. Stall number are not change/transferable.
  4. Admission Fair secretariat reserve the right to decline/change/update any stall location/number for better venue management.
Stalls and Pavilion Design, Decoration & Construction:
  1. 8ft x 8ft stall + Fascia with company name and logo + one table + two Chairs + WiFi connection + Parking for Exhibitor entry will be provided by organizer. Exhibitors have to keep back up WiFi/Internet connectivity as well.
  2. All internal decoration will have to do by exhibitor.
  3. Each exhibitor has to keep sufficient persons/executive in their stall/pavilion.
  4. Exhibitor have to wear their own company ID card as well as Fair- Exhibitor ID card
  5. Exhibitors have to keep clean their own stalls and pavilion
  6. All decoration has to complete within deadline provided by the fair organizer.
  7. Wood/Iron/Steel/Cement etc. work in the exhibition area is strongly prohibited. Same way carpentry, painting, welding etc. work which may damage floor  are not allowed.
Exhibition built up and breaks down:
  1. Handed over stalls to the exhibitors: 2.00 PM, 20 December 2019
  2. Stall decoration have to complete : 5.00 PM, 20 December 2019
  3. Exhibition area cleaning and lock for opening: 8.00 AM, 21 December 2019
  4. Exhibit materials, stall/pavilion removal : 4.00 PM,  23 December 2019
Securities and Safety:
  1. Exhibitors have to security of their own stalls and pavilion
  2. Night watch services will be available from Organizer
  3. No insurance facility available for damaged, loss or missing goods of exhibitors
  4. Exhibitor will be responsible for any kind of harassment, indiscipline, breaking rules which may create negative effect for their labor, staff, executives, employee and management.
